Constanța, Midia and Agigea. Please specify the intended terminal or berth, if known, when sending your enquiry.
What do you need to prepare a PDA?
Please send vessel name and IMO number, available vessel particulars including GT, NT, LOA and draft, port or terminal, ETA, purpose and expected duration of the call, and required services. For cargo calls, include cargo type and quantity if available.
Can we request individual services?
Yes. You can contact us for crew changes, transfers, accommodation, supplies, spare-parts coordination, technical support and husbandry services, as well as full port agency.
Is the PDA the final cost?
No. The PDA is an estimate based on the information and planned services available before the call. Actual costs may change with the duration and requirements of the call. The Final Disbursement Account reflects the expenses incurred.
